Join OUT Georgia Business Alliance on Friday, April 26 at FiNCA to FiLTER in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward for the return of our popular 4th Friday networking experience!

Held monthly at OUT Georgia Member locations, 4th Fridays are all about sharing space with likeminded LGBTQIA+ professionals and allies for an evening of vibrant conversations, meaningful connections, and dynamic community. 

FiNCA to FiLTER is a queer- and woman-owned small business that has quickly become an Atlanta favorite by serving up inclusive spaces, exceptional experiences, and seriously delicious coffee in Atlanta's West End, Old Fourth Ward, and soon-to-be Grant Park neighborhoods.

April 26 is Lesbian Visibility Day, which is held during Lesbian Visibility Week (LVW), a week-long international campaign to celebrate lesbians and show solidarity with all LGBTQIA+ women and non-binary people in our community and right here in Georgia.

Don't miss this special 4th Friday to enjoy networking where YOU belong, while we support a local small business, uplift our lesbian and queer women, and honor the long history of lesbian leadership from every generation! 

Registration is FREE for OUT Georgia Members and Partners and $10 for guests, which will be collected at the door via credit, debit, or Apple Pay. We accept walk-ups, but taking 30 seconds to register in advance helps us OUT!

Come As You Are embodies OUT Georgia's ethos of radical Acceptance, Inclusion, & Belonging, while defining our "attire expectation" and setting the tone for the experiences we curate.

We believe our best work happens when we feel confident, welcomed, and valued as our full, authentic self. This means don't check any aspect of your identity at the door. 

For those who appreciate guidance, our attire suggestion leans towards Business Casual, but feel free to infuse your style with creativity using phrases like: Business Cute, Corporate Comfort, MBA Thrift, Professional Serve, and Queer to Slay.

TRANSPORTATION/PARKING

There is limited, free parking in the attached garage, as well as free and paid street parking nearby. If commuting via bike or walking, Finca O4W is .25 miles away from the Atlanta BeltLine.
