By attending any event organized by BOS Philly, you hereby acknowledge, consent, and agree that BOS Philly or any third parties authorized by BOS Philly may capture your image and/or likeness in photographs and/or video recordings ("Materials"). You understand these Materials may be used in association with the advertising, promotion, and other commercial endeavors of BOS Philly, in any medium, including but not limited to, the internet, social media, print media, and public displays. By attending the event, you irrevocably assign all global rights, title, interest in the Materials, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, royalties, licensing rights, to BOS Philly, insofar as the law permits. You waive any right to approve the Materials, its use, or any finished product involving the Materials. You release BOS Philly from all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use, exploitation, or distribution of the Materials.
