Refund Policy

Rentals, Tables, Tents, and Vendor Space are all non-refundable and can not be transferred to a future date unless worked out with CiCi.

A day time community market show casing  a variety of art, food, a full bar, unique crafts, local creatives, music, and plenty of friends! We're adding a new element... FLEA & THRIFT. If you have stuff you would like to sell that isn't necessarily art, you can still get a table and join in on the fun!

YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND NOT REFUNDED. IF YOU THINK THIS MIGHT BE YOU, IT PROBABLY IS BUT WE SUGGEST REACHING OUT VIA INSTAGRAM TO ASK BEFORE BUYING A TICKET. ***


YOU CAN NOT AND WILL NOT SET UP BEFORE NOON. YOU NEED TO CHECK IN WITH CICI OR BARTENDER BEFORE UNLOADING ANYTHING. THIS EVENT IS NOT A FREE FOR ALL IT REQUIRES ORGANIZATION.


TABLES & TENTS UPDATE: We encourage you to bring your tent! However, if you wish to be the only person under your tent, you will need to purchase a "TENT" ticket. If you are okay with sharing a tent with others then you will only need to buy a "VENDOR SPACE" ticket. When purchasing a tent space, you can use the entire space underneath the tent (i.e.. if you can fit 3 tables under there.. go for it) If you buy a table space and want to add an additional table (no tent) then you would need to purchase and "ADDITIONAL TABLE" ticket as well as the "VENDOR SPACE" ticket. If you have an additional table that is smaller than the standard 6 foot table. For example, a clothing rack, plant stand or anything outside of the standard 6 foot table, you will need to add a "SMALL TABLE" to your "VENDOR SPACE" ticket. 

 

- Community market load-in will be at 12pm. You will not be allowed to set up any earlier than 12pm. Feel free to show up before 12 to enjoy the coffee bar. But, please know you can not set anything up until CiCi, your market mama, shows up to designate a spot for you. Please do not arrive any later than 12:30 to set up. The event will be open from 1pm to 5pm. The bar will be open as well!

- There is no great way to determine if the market will be held outside or inside until closer to the day! I think we should always aim to be outside but, if the weather is bad we absolutely have the space inside. Please keep in mind that you may want to BRING A CHAIR so you have somewhere to sit.

- Pleaseeeeee TIP YOUR BARTENDER. They are there to open the bar to give you a space and support you. Stiffing them on your tab is a great way to make sure you aren’t invited back! Just be cool and support industry workers. Okay?

- The vendor fee is $25 for the first table and each additional table is $20. When checking out, make sure you add any extra tables or if you are renting one of our tables ($15) We will check your tickets before we open the market to show your ticket reflects the correct amount of tables! If you have to add another table the day of, you will have to purchase another ticket via Eventbrite (that'll cost you an extra $5 :/ ) This is non-refundable. In the event you can not make it, we will NOT be able to use the fee for a future market.

- Please start working on promoting yourself right away! I think artists are the ones that bring the real crowd. People are there to see YOU! We use canva that’s free to make flyers that we post on Instagram. When you post them, tag us so we can share them on our pages as well! The outcome of the market depends heavily on you all promoting.
