By entering this haunted house attraction, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Enter at Your Own Risk: This haunted house is designed to be a frightening and immersive experience. It may include sudden scares, loud noises, flashing lights, special effects, dark or confined spaces, and actors who may come into close proximity. You understand that participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
Health Warning: The attraction may not be suitable for individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to: heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia, anxiety, asthma, or any condition that could be aggravated by the experience. Pregnant women, individuals with mobility issues, and those who are easily frightened or disturbed are advised not to participate.
No Touching: The haunted house entrance to the upstairs has some spaces that are a little tight. Because of this a scare actor might accidental touch you. This is not on purpose. We ask in return that you do not touch our perfomers.
No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable. If you choose to leave the attraction early due to fear or discomfort, no refunds will be issued.
Personal Belongings: The haunted house is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. It is recommended that you leave valuables at home.
Consent to Use of Image: By entering the premises, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in any promotional or marketing material related to the haunted house.
Release of Liability: By entering, you hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, property owners, employees, contractors, and actors from any and all liability, claims, damages, or injuries that may arise from participation in this attraction.
