No Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
Cancellation by Organizer: In the event of cancellation by the organizer, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the organizer. Should there be a need for ticket transfers; a request must be submitted to the organizer at least 7 days prior to the event date. Transfer requests are subject to approval by the organizer.

Underage Guests: Entry of underage guests (<21) is a violation of venue policy, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
