In consideration of this waiver's acceptance, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and assigns release and waive any and all claims for damages against the Suncoast Softball League and the Gasparilla Softball Classic Softball Tournament, and/or any players, participants, coaches, officials, and sponsors for any injuries, or death, or property damage or theft sustained by me as a team participant or spectator. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained in said activity.
I, by checking this box, acknowledge that I have read and understood each and every provision in this release of liability and indemnification agreement and agreed to abide by them.
NOTE: At this time, we do not have any Covid Protocols. If there are any instituted, all players, coaches, and spectators are expected to abide by them. Complete protocols will be published on the GSC Website and distributed to the team managers if they are instituted between now and the start of the tournament.
