• All items are non-refundable; all sales are final. Please ensure that you carefully review your purchase before completing the transaction. You confirm that you understand and agree to these terms by purchasing tickets. If you cannot attend, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.

• All items are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a transaction has been processed and your tickets or items are secured, they cannot be refunded. Please ensure you fully commit to attending the event before purchasing your tickets.
• If the event is canceled by the organizers for reasons beyond your control (e.g., weather conditions, venue issues, etc.), all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
• No refunds for cancellations initiated by attendees, regardless of the reason. Please plan accordingly before making a purchase.

• In the case of event cancellation by Champagne Posse or due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue full refunds to those who purchased tickets. If the event is rescheduled, you will have the option to attend the new dates or receive a refund.
• No refunds will be given for any cancellations made by attendees after tickets are purchased. If you cannot attend for any reason, you are encouraged to contact the event organizers, but no guarantees can be made for a refund or exchange.

• Tickets and purchased event items are non-transferable. No ticket or item can be transferred to another individual unless explicitly stated by Champagne Posse.
• If you cannot attend the event, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, but we cannot guarantee a transfer or refund.

All ages are welcome at the event! Everyone can join in the fun, but please note that minors must always be accompanied by a guardian during the event. Proper supervision is required for minors under 18.

Banned Items and Prohibited Conduct:

To ensure safety and enjoyment for all, Wagoner County Police Officers and event organizers will strictly enforce these rules. Violators will be removed from the event without a refund and may face legal action.

 
No Violence:
Violence is strictly prohibited. Anyone compromising safety will be escorted off the premises and may face legal action.
 
Banned Items:
No Guns or Weapons: Firearms or weapons of any kind are prohibited. Security checks will be conducted.
No Ski Masks: Ski masks are not allowed for safety and identification.
No Backpacks: To prevent concealed weapons, backpacks are not allowed. Please use small bags or purses.
No Dogs/Pets: Pets are not allowed, except for service animals, which must be controlled.

Dress Code:
This is a family-friendly event, and we ask all attendees to dress in a manner that reflects the inclusive and respectful environment we strive to create.

No Bikinis or Nudity: Attire should be appropriate for all ages.
Proper Coverage: Clothing should provide appropriate coverage, ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere for all guests.

Parking & Vehicle Rules:
Designated Areas: All vehicles, including horse trailers, must park in designated spots.
Trail Bosses Assistance: Please follow their parking instructions.
Horse Trailers & Side-by-Sides: Must park in assigned sections. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
 
Event Participation & Assumption of Risk:
By attending, you accept the risks involved in activities like horseback riding and mechanical bull riding.
