They don’t jam, but it’s groovy.
\nElectric Lady Man is a Raleigh band featuring veterans of past/current bands Phononova, Savage Knights, Baamphf!, The Volcanoes, 17956, Dzu Teh, Olympus Mons, Manos and others. They have mashed this baggage and various other nonsense picked up along the way into driving rock songs that reference stoner rock, southern rock, post-punk, among other junk. Their music is heavy, absurd and gleefully irate. Electric Lady Man members are Chris Pilione (guitar, vocals), Scott Gilliam (bass), Steve Graham (guitar, vocals) and Mike Isenberg (drums).
