1. Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specified event mentioned on the ticket.

2. Entry Requirements: Entry may be refused if the ticket holder fails to meet the venue's entry requirements, including age restrictions and dress code.

3. Behavior: The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual whose behavior disrupts the event or violates venue or Haus of Pingk policies.

4. Liability: The organizer and venue are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by ticket holders during the event.

5. Photography and Filming: By attending the event, ticket holders consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes without compensation.

1. Cancellation by Organizer: In the event of cancellation by the organizer, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.

3. No Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

2. Transfer Requests: Requests for ticket transfers must be submitted to the organizer at least 7 days prior to the event date. Transfer requests are subject to approval by the organizer.

1. Age Requirement: This event is open to individuals aged 21+ and above. Valid ID is required for entry.

2. Underage Guests: Entry of underage guests (<21) is a violation of venue policy, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Safety : Upon entry, you are required to present a valid ID. This event is 21+ only. We will have security checking bags as well as a metal detector. No weapons of any kind are allowed. 
 

No Musical Requests : This ain’t that type of party. Our DJs are here to take you on a journey all through the night. Enjoy the ride. 
 

Tips : Please, please, please bring cash to tip your bartenders and entertainers! It takes money for them to look as fabulous as they do! There is an ATM on site, as well as QR codes at the bar.
